Mindful dance and movement

Location:  Women's Health Victoria, Level 8, 255 Bourke Street, Melbourne

A gentle movement session focused on enjoying the interaction between the body and the 5 elements – earth, water, air, fire and wood.  We will explore experiences of grounding, communication, free movement, and hand gestures. No dance experience required. Please wear warm comfortable clothing.

Bouthaina Mayall is a trained Dance Movement Therapist, experienced in facilitating workshops for people of all ages and abilities.
