The benefits of meditation are well known: clearer thinking, reduced stress, better health, pain management and deep relaxation being some of them. Matthew Young from the Melbourne Meditation Centre will guide us through a variety of practical meditation techniques including tips on how to squeeze meditation into a busy life.
