Cancer and treatment can challenge our physical and mental wellbeing. Emerging evidence shows that people with cancer may benefit from lifestyle choices and mind -body therapies such as meditation, tai chi and exercise. They are used alongside standard medical treatment to reduce side effects and improve wellbeing.

Join Suzanne Peyton, Mindfulness Teacher from 'The Mindful Well, to learn how Mindfulness practice helps reduce the experience of stress, and to participate in some introductory activities. This session will be presented by webinar.

After lunch, SJOG exercise physiologist Katie Sutton will lead us to experience Tai Chi as a gentle form of exercise.
